Sarah is a certified Health Coach with over 25 years experience as a health professional.
She began her career in her native England within the traditional healthcare systems while steadily gaining an interest in alternative treatments and a more holistic approach.
The interest intensified as she sought a solution for a period of depression that she suffered after the birth of her second child. The search for an alternative treatment put her on the path to health and wellness through nutrition, exercise and mindfulness training.
After a move to the USA with her family her education and health practice gained pace. She formalized her practice with the founding of sarahshealth.com which aims to educate, inspire and demystify the world of nutrition and help ordinary people eat and feel better.
